Silica mortar description
Silica mortar（Siliceous mud）is the main monolithic refractories used in building carbonization chamber of coke furnace and molten pool and roof of glass furnace etc.There are different requirements in the physical and chemical properties to different kinds of kiln and different parts in the kiln. For example, for Hot blast furnace the content of SiO2 should be more than 94% and refractoriness of getting soft under load at 0.2 Mpa should be between 1600 ℃and 1620 ℃. For Glass furnace the content of SiO2 is 94% to 96% and the refractoriness of getting soft under load at 0.2 Mpa is 1600 ~ 1620 ℃. For coke oven the content of SiO2 is 85% - 92% and the refractoriness of getting soft under load at 0.2 Mpa is 1420 - 1500 ℃.

Silica mortar packing
50KGS/P.P bags; 20P.P bags packed on wooden pallet; the P.P bag must be water proof. The pallets should be covered by stretch film and bonded with plastic-steel strips.
Silica mortar order quantity
20 t as minimum order can be accepted and the capacity of production is 5000 t per month.
Silica mortar delivery time
The delivery time is within 15 days after the contract being affected.
